Marina Village is a very special community, and every week we host a different group of people who come to enjoy their vacation in our tropical paradise.
Over the years, we have adopted these basic rules for everyone’s benefit:
Important Resort Rules
- NO SMOKING anywhere inside the building – including patios and the roof — or within 15 feet of the outside perimeter. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- NO PETS or animals are allowed except for trained service dogs in strict compliance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- 6-person maximum occupancy (including infants and children).
- Adults are fully responsible for the behavior of accompanying children.
- QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM – 8 AM: sounds inside a unit should not be heard outside of it. Operate washing machines and dryers only between 8AM – 8PM.
- Immediately report any malfunction or breakage to management for prompt repair or replacement.
- Keep sidewalks, walkways and entrances unobstructed. Deposit garbage and recycling only in the areas provided.
- Don’t throw or hang anything from windows, the entrance door or the lanai.
- One parking space is provided per unit and is for regular size vehicles only – no boats, trailers, or RV parking. Display your parking permit when in the lot. Management will allocate additional permits, if available.
- No resident shall direct, supervise or attempt to assert control over staff.
- The primary renter / occupant must be at least 25 years old.
