This page is for you, our Marina Village family of owners.

Our Office is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 to 4, and Saturday 8 to 5.  We are closed Sundays.

If there is an emergency at the resort outside of Office Hours, please call us at 239-336-9702 (new number as of 5/14/2021).

LAURIE RUSSELL is our Resort Manager and LISA DIXON, the Assistant Manager.

They speak every day with owners, renters, and exchangers to manage who will be staying in the resort at any given time.  Contact them about on-site issues, your maintenance fee account, your arrival or departure, rentals, swaps or resort amenities.  They stay very knowledgeable about the area in order to help you have a great vacation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do owners get a preferred rental rate?

Yes, owners can usually rent an available condo at a discounted rate within 60 days of check-in.  Note:  some owners will only accept a public rate renter.

Contact the office as early as possible to discuss which week you want.  Ask to be added to a wait list to give you higher priority in case multiple owners want to rent that same week.

Can I temporarily swap my unit for a different week?

We call these “In House Swaps” and we certainly do promote them.

Start by contacting Laurie or Lisa and explaining what unit-week you want to swap and what week(s) you’d like to swap it for.  We will post your offer here and at the resort.

If another owner contacts us to say they’re willing to swap with you, we will finalize the arrangements.  The cost is just $25 for each “side” of the swap.

When is the annual owners meeting?

The meeting is always scheduled for the second Wednesday of January, at 3 PM.

While COVID precautions are in place, the meeting will be conducted via ZOOM rather than in-person in the Office Lobby.

What Can I Do With My MV Condo?

Come and enjoy a week at the beautiful Fort Myers Beach as most owners do.

You can extend your stay with us or enjoy a “new” vacation by renting a unit for another week at the discounted “Owners Rates” when available.

We take care of renting your unit and send you a check or credit next year’s maintenance fee – your choice..
