First there was Snug Harbor Restaurant. Founded in 1979 and located on the waterside docks, it was THE happening destination for seafood in Lee County for many years.
In 1982, Marina Village at Snug Harbor timeshare resort was built with 25 luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1200 sq ft apartments. A separate 2-story health club building is on the property too.
Our resort is a community composed of 1,300 unit-weeks, owned today by approx 820 families.
